The Cloud End is a unique holiday resort at Musoorie, Uttaranchal, India, that retains all the charm and quaintness of the past. Staying here is a journey into a bygone era, when life moved at a gentle pace and communion with the self was as easy as winking. 

It is a total lifestyle change. If there is the opportunity to indulge in pastimes such as horse safaris, trekking and other adventure activities, there is an ambience of the past created by the deliberate decision not to have an electricity connection. The resort harvests rainwater, uses solar and wind power, to meets its needs. 

You can gaze at the 250 kilometres long panoramic view of Himalayan snow peaks, wonder at the sparkling beauty of the Doon Valley at night, visit the Jwala Devi temple or the ‘Benog’ mountain quail wildlife sanctuary, even take a peek at the neighboring Estate of the legendary George Everest. 

Accommodation : The Cloud End Bungalow has retained its ambience   belonging to the initial years of Mussoorie’s history. Its conversion into a resort has been carefully done. Available for visitors are seven rooms ie Deluxe Double Room, Four Bedded family room, Economy room and Deluxe Family suite and Independent cottages The rooms in the main building are quite spacious and extra beds can be put in comfortably. 

Accessibility : Cloud End is accessible by road from the Library end of the Mall in Mussoorie. It is seven kilometers away, four of which is metalled road up to Hathipaon via Waverley Convent School. The last three kilometers are an uphill forest road. All cars can drive up with ease. Our own transport can also pick you up.
